I had progressive before this and was told "the longer you stay the lower your premiums" and that was the biggest lie. My premiums stay going down at state farm. Also the customer service is really really good, ive never dealt with anyone rude and if im told ill get a call back I get a call back from someone at the office no one outside the agency, and they all know what they're doing.
